This facility is not intended to replace or circumvent the EVE Online Forums where much of the trade activity between players takes place.

It is intended to provide a static platform for long term traders and advertisers to promote their goods and services. There is a 'sticky' posting in the EVE Online Forums to post requests to be added to the 'active' shops listing but it hasn't been updated in several months. The majority of shops and vendors listed in the sticky no longer operate and the list no longer has any validity - another good reason why we provide this Classified Ad facility.

The listings posted here will generally be unspecific with regard to prices and availability and for this information you would supply a link to view the active posting on the EVE Online forums. Generally any listings posted here are active facilities as the listings remain on view for a maximum of 60 days until either renewed by an active vendor or deleted as the vendor no longer operates.

If you wish to post an advert please look at the Rules shown below and abide by these guidelines to ensure your advert is accepted for publication. If your submission does not fit gracefully into the categories already defined please contact us and we will consider adding a new category to suit your submission. In the meanwhile please use the Miscellaneous category.

Once you post an advertisement we will review and accept or reject for publishing - if your ad is rejected you will be informed and you may modify to comply with our standards. Please use your image from the Eve Online forums as 'picture 1' in the submission form - you can source this by clicking on your own image in a forum post and retrieve the 'bigshot' picture of your alt, save it to a directory on your hard disc and upload from there.

We have a mailing list for all registered advertisers to keep them informed of changes, improvements and using the mail list we will publish website stats - hits to adverts etc. To join the mail list use your mail tab ingame and 'add mailing list' button then input 'Solar Advertisers'.

How to subscribe to the Solar Advertisers Mailing List:

1. Click on the Mail icon on the neocom.
2. Click on the Add mailing list button.
3. Type in Solar Advertisers and click Join.
4. Now you should have a new entry under Mailing Lists labeled Solar Advertisers
5. You will now receive mail notifications regarding any changes or improvements related to Solar Advertisers .

To post an advert in this Classified Ad's facility you must follow the basic guidelines indicated below.

All advertisments submitted will be scrutinised prior to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject a submission at our sole discretion.

RULES

• Submissions must be complete with an EVE Online Alias - to be used as the contact for EveMail
• Submissions must contain a valid email address - this is not displayed anywhere or divulged to any 3rd party
• Submissions must be renewed every 60 days or will be deleted - you will receive a renewal reminder (to your valid email address)
• Submissions should not be associated with Lotteries or Casino activities
• Submissions should contain a link to your EVE Online Forum thread
• Submissions should avoid specifying prices or availability - refer to your EVE Online Forums thread for specifics
• Submissions should use an image of your alt - refer to your EVE Online Forums thread and click on your alt for the 'bigshot' image
• Please do not post if your service is short lived - we expect vendors to be around for at least 60 days.
